Who am I?

I am an Associate at Mindset Ventures, an early stage Venture Capital firm that invests in B2B software startups based in the US and Israel.

Over my 6 years as an investor, I have sourced and analyzed over 500 companies, leading to notable investments in companies such as Turing.com, Brex, PayJoy, and FunGuard.

Originally from Brazil, I have also spent time in the Bay Area, representing Mindset Ventures and expanding my network within the local tech ecosystem.

Why did I start Tech Dive?

I believe in the power of data to create a better and more efficient investment process. This conviction has driven me to develop several data-driven tools that aid me in my daily work.

With Tech Dive, I am now sharing some of the talent-related outputs of these tools with the broader LatAm community. My goal is to facilitate valuable connections between founders and co-founders, founders and investors, or founders and their next hires, ultimately helping founders achieve long-term success.

Oh, and why focus on talents? Every business, and especially early stage startups, is all about people. So, focusing on talent can potentially lead to a notable contribution to the local tech ecosystem.
